The Professional Couriers — Non-trackable Courier and No Update on Tracker

Address: No 2 line house chellappa nagar karaikudi (near leaders school backside road) sivaganga District Tamilnadu -630002

I have sent an important document through the professional courier to Karaikudi to Oman (Muscat) which supposed to deliver it within the week as per the executive wherein after 8 days, still no clue where the courier is and no update on the tracker. When i call the courier office in Karaikudi, they said the parcel is reached Chennai on 25th Nov 2024 and there is no further information.

Even though i know for the professional courier creditability, my family was mistakenly used their service.

I'm in a critical situation wherein if this courier is not reached, i will be losing the last opportunity to file a case against my previous company who is holding my pending salaries and settlement amount
