In one word we have to say very un-professional courier. Not first time. Even after continues follow up and begging the tirumalgiri, secunderabad branch people, they not bother and delivered the parcel (airway bill no: maa[protected] till to-day (8pm). Why higher officials of this organisation is not taking any action, and resolve the issues. If any issues, in providing good service, should have been declare at the time of booking. I have to make calls to TCPBLR and TPCATP everyday and still no proper response. None of them could track where it is.
They dont attend calls properly.
