The Professional Couriers — not delivering consignment | |||||
We Had booked a consignment from Ghatkopar, Mumbai with The Professional Courier to send it to Khopoli in Raigad district. After 4 days they are saying they cannot deliver the consignment to the address mentioned and the end user has to go to the office of the professional courier to collect the same. When asked why cant the Booking office in Ghatkopar, Mumbai inform about the non delivery to the address at the time of booking, there is mannerless and irresponsible response from the people in Khopoli branch. My C.No IXU1120669 I am from Ambegaon Budruk, pune my friend from Aurangabad was send mi courier 8 day before till ur employ not reached here upto date. I was calling ur outlet that man everyday says today i will reach there but upto no one is deliver me my courier please solve my complaint fast
