The Professional Couriers — Not delivering the parcel | |
I have booked a parcel from guntur to sangli(Maharashtra). But still the parcel is not deliver to the address. And on online tracking on their website..its not showing anything after 15/nov/2020. No one is picking up the call...infact the no of branch office of sangli is not reachable all the time..and the another no is a mobile no [protected]...the person on this number is very rude all the time...firstly he never pick the call of anyone..almost after 50-60 calls in a day a single call attended and said product is in hub it will deliver today...and after 5 mins the number is switched off...pathetic service, unprofessional staff...i have never ever seen such a pathetic courier service in my life...guys dnt book any parcel from this courier service. My parcel is lost somewhere and these guys are not even replying...😡😡 Was this information helpful? | |
