Dear Sir/Madam, I got a call today from Professional service office @ Payyannur, That you have a courier please come and collect it, But i ask them can you please deliver it but they are told me we cant deliver it, If you want the parcel then you have to come and collect it, Though the radious between professional courier office and my home is with in 2 km range and in the same city they are doing this kind of service and this is not the first time, Previously i had received so many couriers and i went and collected. And they dont even want to hear what i talking and they are told, You can call your source station that you did not received the courier...Is it the way service sector people has to behave. The company must seriously contemplate changing their name to 'The Un-Professional Couriers'. I have had similar experience.
