The Professional Couriers — not reached the parcel mistakenly sent ahmedabad instead of kadapa by professional staff

This is kiran, I have dispatched one parcel with 1.5 kgs weight from Hanamkonda -warangal to below address on 17.09.2018 . Not reached still now. Professionals staffs are not responding properly just saying mistakley went to Ahmedabad still we don't where is it ?

What is happening ??? Is it your good service who will bet the delay ? Consignee said to me send again with other from other courier .
