The Professional Couriers — not received my courier item

We submitted our items for courier on 09.06.2020 and received the receipt for that. After doing online enquiry the item was not traceable with that bill no then we contacted the courier person and to our utmost shock he send the item on 13.06.2020 and no information. Today is already 28.06.2020 and we have not yet received our item and no online updation. No customer care support and no one responding to the numbers given in there website. It contained some important medicine's and perishable items. Now who will bear this loss. Why we were not being informed by the person receiving the parcel for courier. Such a pathetic service.
