I m Meena, m online resaler. I was Book saree on last 12th December 2020, my vendor dispatch it through professional courier. But there service not available at my customer place so they return that parcel again to booking office without informing my customer.
Then I was contacted them at thiruchengodu office & arranged again delivery on the basis of custmer will collect parcel at there chakan puna office. After this, parcel again came at puna, maharashtra & now they are saying ur parcel not with us. Last 29th december 2020 to till date it showing same status. It is showing dispach to pune-pimpri-NGE . M continue taking follow up regarding this to pune Pimpri, nighoje, chakan branch but they saying parcel not with them. They told me complaint to booking office & don't call them they can't help me. My vendor also not help me. I also contact to booking office but not get any help. Nobody picking call from any office just give me diffent differnnt contat number.

Please help me to solve this.
