The Professional Couriers — Not receiving my parcel

One parcel weighing about 6.6kg was booked through their branch in Kavalkinaru by my brother Xavier, mobile [protected], to me in Hyderabad on 27 th January 2021. Still now I didn’t receive that, when we contacted the Kavalkinaru booking office they say it’s returned from Hyderabad but we are 24x7 available in my home in Hydrabad. There was any call from any body. This is happening with me third times. Here after I will not approach for my future courier service and I don’t recommend this people to anyone. People reading this one please be careful.
