The Professional Couriers — package broken | |||||
Date:28 june 2018 I had a courier from kodaikanal delivered to me this afternoon around 1pm. The contents includes 5 ltrs of honey (4 bottles of 1.25ltrs) and two bottles of aloe vera gel. The courier was sent on 26th june 2018. When the courier boy delivered the package he asked us to open the package as soon as possible as it seemed to be damaged. It was really shocking to see that the lids of two honey bottles were slit in the top and all the honey were overflowing. Also one of the aloe vera bottles went missing and the other one with a broken seal and spilt gel. It's obvious that the courier people had opened the package to see what the contents were. I completely trust the store from which i had brought the consumables as i had been getting them for years. The professional couriers says that it would have happened only during packing or unpacking (To be noted that the courier boy gave us saying it as damaged and also i don't think courier shops take in damaged packages). So there is no chance of mistake from our side.
