Above is my docket no and its in the name of akash agarwal. The remaining details can be taken from your system. Between the date of despatch and today it has been almost 9 days and the items has not yet been delivered. On inquiries with the local office in zirakpur
M no:[protected] (Mr bhandari) says that it was received by him on 05 oct but he choose not to deliver it as it was out of limits for him (Delivery loc is not more than 3.5 kms from his office). On asking as to why was it not told to us when the package was being booked he says it is not his problem. On asking as to why was i not called after it was arrived then he says he doesn't have my number. On further request for a way out he rudely responds that "either you come here and take it or i will return it back to its origin". I told him that the desired money has been paid before despatch and this kind of behavior during receipt is un warranted and undue to which he responds "do whatever you wish to do i don't care". My submission here is that your employees are behaving exactly contrary to the name of your firm and bringing bad name. I have used your services earlier and never have i ever faced such a miser and unprofessional behavior. It is requested to instruct the subordinate to behave while dealing with his customers and kindly do the needful for delivery of my package without any damages to it.in case it is felt that this complaint portal is just a hogwash and is meant to just hypothetically satisfy the customer grievances then i will be forced to take necessary action to address my genuine issue.
