Packet containing official documents booked on 9.1.2021 to the Addressee at Ameenpur, Near Hyderabad, returned (no door delivery here also, we went to Professional couriers' desk and collected on 28.1.2021)as undelivered without any reason indicated to us nor any money was refunded to us. Professional Courier now a days NOT BOTHERED to deliver to the addressee. Either don't deliver at all and if reached nearby desk they ask us to collect from their desk. Simply don't bother. It has happened twice for me. Better avoid using this Courier service to safe guard your interest.
