My package booked on 31st dec 2018 via professional couriers, mumbai has still not been delivered till date (13jan 2019) to kerala kottayam. I have been tracking my parcel since last so many days but it is showing me the same thing that on january 2nd it has been dispatched to changanacherry and since then there is no update. I have no idea with whom to follow up further. Can you please help to track on this. Because it’s resllt very annoying. Would really appreciate your help to enquire and find the details. I'm in chennai. I booked a Saree in kolkotta to my friend who is staying in hyderabad. But that parcel is missed in transit. So how do I get claim from professional courier since I'm in chennai. Below images I got from kolkotta professional which confirming tat parcel lost. My consignment number is ccu[protected]. I attached courier bill also
