The Professional Couriers — parcel lost/not delivered

I am supposed to get a parcel from Bangalore shipped on 19th June but till now I have not received it. I stay in Jorhat and the last update is for 21st June and it says received at Guwahati but they still have not despatched it and today is the 7th of July. I called the Guwahati branch and they said they'll get back to me but they never did. I called them again but they keep hanging up my calls. I emailed the head office to look into the matter. They directed the Guwahati branch to send the parcel urgently but after one day, my tracking details are not showing on their website. This seems so suspicious to me now. I asked the head office again but no response from their end now. Tracking number is HRD74729290. Please help as it contains my baby's stuff 🙏
