The Professional Couriers — parcel not delivered and no proper response | |||
Please find the awb # maa[protected] i have made the booking on 31/8/2019 to trichur from chennai, in professional tracking system it showing its reached destination on 02/09/2019 but still the parcel not delivered to the consignee. Yesterday i contacted in charge ms. Sumitha # [protected] she told we dont have service to deliver to the address mentioned. If they dont have service they could have tell to me when at the time of booking,. I have raised a compliant on that time they told it will deliver to the consignee by today (06/09/2019) now they are telling we wont deliver, if you want come and collect from their office. This is the worst experience i had with professional couriers in my life. Now i dont know what happened to my parcel whether they will deliver or not. No one from professional courier are giving proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||

Professional Courier at kompally secundrabad office staff is very irresponsible...the not answering calls & not delivered the material in time taking 15 days to deliver...& telling irresponsible answers...very bad service...plz dont use this for delivery of material or any thing...
