The Professional Couriers — parcel not delivered beyond assured date of delivery | |||
I had booked a parcel of 2 kg by air through professional couriers from borivali, mumbai to kondapur/hyderabad containing eatables. Only after confirmation of delivery within 2-3 days had booked. I had booked on 16th august, though the tracking information says that the parcel has reached kondapur/hyderabad on 18th aug, till today it's not delivered. Inspite of repeated complaint and calls nobody is bothered to revert. Very disgusting service. They are not professional at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
