I had booked a parcel of 12 kg by air through, city linker express couriers from vishal enclave, rajouri garden, new delhi on[protected] to edamon p. O. Kerala. Only after confirmation of delivery within 2-3 days had booked. I had booked on 14th august, though the tracking information says booking on 17th the parcel has reached chennai, after they send to trivandrum, the same as shown in tracking last 3 -4 days.

I already email to your customers office but there is no any reply from your end. Today i called to trivandurm office they are saying there is no staff for checking the consignment. What is the next step, iam very sorry to say your cc nos are not working or not piking the call, repeated complaint and calls nobody is bothered to revert.

Very disgusting service.
