Also your customer care no given by your representative, that person not piching up phone but some time it is engaged, that means that person using this Phone for his personal use & not for customer. If this type of risponce we are geting from your company/frenchise then shall we belive on you? Due to delay from you our person as well as work is held up. Who will be risponsible for this?
