Hi i am sunil i had booked a parcel from bangalore to new delhi on 29/01/2019 through professional courier (Pro8312832), but today it is 01/02/2019 still parcel not delivered. They had comitted it will reach on 30/01/2019. Due to delay from professional i am paying a heavy demurage charges. Professional courier persons response is also very bad they are not providing good response to customers. | |
