Awb # kur[protected] parcel dispatched from mumbai on jan 15, 2019 and reached hyderabad-miyapur branch on jan 17, 2019. [protected] switch off always,[protected] continously busy.. Called head office[protected].. They hear my concern n disconnect the call.. Most unprofessional courier service. Sent email regarding this to them, but no reply as such. Even now parcel is at miyapur branch since 17th and they are not delivering the parcel. Please resolve my case at the earliest
