A parcel was sent through Professional couriers from Trichirapalli, Tamilnadu with No, TRZ 15430902. Tracking data reveals that item has reached Agra on 26 Jun 18. It was not delivered to the address till 03 Jul 18, after which I received a phone No.[protected]. I tried to contact that number at least 10 times to find out whereabouts of parcel, no proper response from the centre. Initially I was told the parcel cannot be delivered, because it is a non deliverable zone. I requested them to deliver nearby so that I can come and collect at that point. Even this was told to me after I call that centre many times. There is a mobile number written on the parcel, the distribution centre never bothered to contact at least once. Since 04 July 18, I tried to contact many times, and now they say, that the parcel is not found but reached Agra. Kindly initiate necessary actions to get me the pack.
