The Professional Couriers — Parcel returned with parcel damage

It almost 13 days completed the parcel didn't reached. And 14 day the parcel returned to me. In between the days there no details about the parcel we contact the courier office they also blank about the parcel status it was really worst they won't gave any information they all said only wait mam we will see.In parcel how the To address is damage it would be perfectly cover by the tape then how?we are undergoing these service only for emergency but your service is really bad.For this problem we are 2 times going to the couriers office we lost time, money.
