The Professional Couriers — poor response/ less professionalism

I have to get my office pc from bengaluru to kanyakumari. Since it was covid-19 situation. We asked can it be shipped. They told yes and got the parcel. It's on 13th may. It's been a week and didn't recieve the parcel and enquired bangalore office about it and there was not proper response. They just said they have shipped it from their end and they don't know where the parcel is now and asking us to contact salem or any other courier office for more information. And i think as a customer i have all rights to know the status properly. If the tracking is not proper then the office should take some responsibility to get us know what is happening. I can't tolerate such kind of action where office people are so arrogant and irresponsible.
