The courier was booked on 19th of June at 07:05 PM from Coimbatore to Hyderabad. The courier received Hyderabad on 21st of June i.e, Thursday. Till 27th June 1:30 PM, I didn't get any of the update on delivery when I'm out of place for personal reasons, the delivery person came and returned back. When I ask them to come by tomorrow they were neglect to deliver the parcel though the mistake is from your side by delaying to deliver it for the. Also ask me to come and collect the parcel. I'm new to the place and also I don't know the route then How could I go and get it?? We are using the service for emergency purpose, Is it the way to response the customer?? Please help me to get the parcel ASAP which is most important. Please find attached receipt of booking. Was this information helpful? | |||
