The Professional Couriers — product is delayed and no response from the team on the whereabouts of my item

My dad sent my parcel on monday from dharmapuri and if was shipped to trichy on monday n8, when i tracked it. But when i called the head office in trichy, they keep repeating that they didn't receive the package. No proper information is provided about the whereabouts of the item. I need some info about the package immediately or else i ll file a complaint in court
