I had a courier by others to guntur and the agent of professional services is doesn't intimate about courier is it guntur and with out my permission the courier should be returned to hyderabad with any attempt to deliver my courier. I want my courier back to entered address with in required days. Thanq.

I need to receive courier from Bangalore to hyderabad on urgent basis, but i did not receive even after one week.
When i contacted the service, they are very casual and they dont have proper idea why it got delayed.
When I contacted delivery boy with great difficulty, he asked me to collectvfrom the office insted of giveing door delivery.
