The Professional Couriers — Refused to deliver at the doorstep

The professional Couriers Ramanathapuram branch and their subagent located in Uchippuli,Tamilnadu.

I ordered medicine through an online site and the delivery agent of the Professional Couriers refused to deliver to the doorstep (dated 11.02.2023) (2 different packages) they called me to pick them up from their subagent office nearby the city of my village which is a 4 KM distance from my hometown.
This is not the first time the same incident happened earlier too
I have raised this issue with the seller. I have attached details of the order and a shipping copy and an email screenshot of the seller's email complaint.
Kindly take the necessary action in this regard.
