The Professional Couriers — request for action on delivering parcel in damaged condition | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sushruth from Chennai. I had shipped a parcel consisting of 10 decorative items with costing Rs.15000/- on 18/03/2019 from Chennai to Ranchi. . The total weight of the parcel was 9kgs and it was packed with sufficient packing material to protect the goods. Despite this, the parcel was delivered to the location in the damaged condition. One of the decorative item worth Rs.1000/- was completely broken. I have attached the pictures of the received parcel. Being a regular customer for Professional Couriers, this incident has hurt my business very badly. From the pictures, I feel my parcel was opened by someone from the delivery team before the final delivery. I didn't expect this kind of negligent shipping service from a reputed courier service provider like Professional. I would request you to take immediate action against the people responsible for the damage of my products as well as giving me with the compensation for the loss I have incurred by opting for your courier service.
