I placed a courier on 21-08-18 from jayankondam to cochin. Pod number is pdm1214419. Currently the tracker showing that it's received on pudukkottai in the name of amsavalli. Got pennadam number from jayankondam booking office. I called more than 50 times but they are not attending my call. Need to clarify this superiors and tel my status of my courier.
