The Professional Couriers — service is poor and very delay in parcel deliveries

From 27th oct 2017 im following up for the tracking id amb[protected] till today its showing in transit why so?? Im caling ambala and delhi number but no proper response from the courier peolple there is no reson for them to stuck the parcel in transit but still they dont listen to our queries they talk so rudely
Im in need of my parcel in nasik maharashtra very urgently.
