The Professional Couriers — Some Items are missing in my parcel and some packs are opened | |
My friend was consignor handover a parcel containing dry fruits to professional Couriers at Bhadrachalam on[protected], the parcel was reached to Hyderabad KPHB courier facility on[protected], but they are not delivered to delivery address, then I collected my parcel at courier facility on[protected] and I checked inside of parcel and 2 packages out of 5 are missing inside the parcel and 1 package was opened by someone and half quantity was missing, when I asked the courier facility person he replied that he doesn't have any idea, and suggested to raise a complaint, then I raised a query I professional Couriers portal, but no response from service provider and not even proper customer care channel for the professional Couriers, please help and support Courier details: Consignment No: BCM841819 Professional Couriers customer query CID No:CMR386635 Was this information helpful? | |
