The Professional Couriers — the delivery person didn't call when reached to the delivery location | |||
Courier delivery person didn't call me even once while delivering the parcel... He went without delivery saying he can't able to find address and i am not picking the call. When i have called your customer care which is in kathirkamam, pondichery they said you just come and collect from our place. Their is no any delivery persons available here to deliver the parcel. But still packet not yet delivered within 1km distance. I had a talk with delivered boy Mr Deepak on [protected]. He saying 3days required for delivery. If you have the packet pls delivered today otherwise i will loose aprox cost Rs.25000
