The Professional Couriers — The Professional Courier Lost of Parcel & Irresponsible behaviour professional couriers Mumbai | |||
I made booking (Consignor booking no. VPL[protected] of Dry Fruits parcel from Mumbai to Pen on 8th July, 20 through Professional courier, Matunga (W). it was conveyed that it will reach in 8 days and receiving party has to collect the same from Pen office. Now I am following from last 55 days, neither my parcel was delivered and even the parcel was not tracable anymore... Even i asked my customer (receiving party) to visit Professional courier office at Pen, but they said its not received from Mumbai office. I was in touch with Matunga office, but they could not help... Then they asked to get in touch with Mr. Shailesh surve[protected] but even after 1.5 + month followup, no status about my parcel Finally he gave reference to escalte this matter to MR.RAMCHANDRA [protected]. I have also whatsapp him all the info, but no response.. My parcel amount is 1590+240(courier charges) =1830/-. I am sure, that my parcel is LOST in their courier transit. I have already written mail to their head office (Mumbai) and also other divisions office (western and Central Mumbai), but they have not showing any courtesy to respond to the complaint mail...
