Actually my brother couriered a photo frame through professional courier services on 4th feb. Consignment no: tpt376305 ; from renigunta to kurnool The expected date of delivery is 6th of feb but till yesterday no updates from them, then my sister only took number from website and tried calling them, no one responded for the call and finally yesterday she only went to hub directly they asked her to wait for 1 hour and they searched for it and gave it to her and it was broken... Insane how come they can be so irresponsible over customers, need a resolution and money back immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
