The Professional Couriers — Unprofessional behavior

Hi,

This is Mohammed Imran from Khaass Cotton Expo.

My friend as booked the parcel for Tirupur on 19th June 2021 with the Professional Courier TRP7985107

It should reach to my nearby branch of the Professional Courier, but till now i haven't got the parcel.

i tried to call at Secunderabad office but nobody answer the calls and i call to uppal office they said its been delivered to Secunderabad and they have given the contact No's but no body respond

I want to raise a complaint because of delay i have lost my valuable customers.

The So Called " the Professional Courier" is actually Unprofessional and worst service i ever had in my life.
