The Professional Couriers — unprofessionalism and no coordination | |||
I had to courier a makeup product (Liquid). Since it is liquid it was firstly rejected to send across. Asked the employee as to what are the requirements to send across. I was told it should be packed in a seal proof bag with double packing. I went the next day doing the same and more (Triple packed) and still i was refused to be served by the employee saying it would ruin their documents. I understand that it was their professional concern but i had done more than what i was told for the package to be accepted for couriering. When i had asked for the concern person’s name as to who had served me the previous day they had refused to answer neither did they make an effort to contact him and ask. When i had asked for a head office contact number or complaint number, the employee again refused service. On leaving i had informed them that their services need to improve as this small package was costing me three days delay. I was yelled at on walking out. Communication between the employees and service replies to the customers needs to drastically improve. Was this information helpful? | |||
