Iam harikrishnan b, thripunithura, ernakulam, kerala. I have ordered some books from haryana on 21 st may 2017. When I tracked with my id on the professional courier website it notified that product reached cochin division on 27 may, 2017. Yesterday I went to thripunithura division and asked about my courier. They told me that they hàve not received my courier yet. Today when I called them they told me that they have my courier bt they called me but they couldnt reach me. 20 mins ago I received a call from an anonymous person from chithrapuzha(place near thripujithura) that he got my courier, it fell off from some vehicle on road. How could these courier service people be this much irresponsible. friends please dont send anything via this crap courier service. If you send it you will surely learn as I have got.

I received courier from my sister, I shock by seeing courier package . My sister sent greating card for my birthday, but they spoil greating opened cover, professional courier don't have any values of customer . Worst cr no : MYS21020711. I PLANNED TO GIVE COMPLAINT AGAINST PROFESSIONAL COURIER I HAVE SNAPSHOT I UPLOAD IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA .

PRO5222338 is my consignment number received after packing my documents as Most urgent category on May 19th, 2017.
It has to go from Ibrahimpatnam to Bapatla ..
But, till now in the website it is showing that "In Transit"..
Concerned People are not responding properly..
I really felt bad as a customer !
Please take necessary action on this !!
