The Professional Couriers — worst & most "un"professional courier service provider | |||||
I would strongly recommend to avoid using professional couriers if you don't want to end up in trouble. They are by far the worst & most "un"professional courier service provider. I had to send a parcel urgently to my relative for attending a marriage function. The parcel travelled half of india & then i was told that they don't service in that area, it took them more than a week to figure that out (Something that i would expect them to know before accepting the courier). It has been over 2 weeks & i haven't received my courier back yet. If the parcel is damaged by any chance, i'm planning to go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Didn't get my parcel in proper date...service is very bad..n even customer care people didn't give proper info when will get my parcel or not .from last 3-4 days I just heard call on ths no.n that no.
