The Professional Couriers — worst service no response from customer care numbers | |||
I have been tracking my courier which is sent on last wednesday (30-aug-17) from trichy to urapakkam (Chengalpattu) with the tracking number trz56481770. Until yesterday the tracking status showed it is sent to urapakkam office on 2nd sep. Today when i tracked i could see that it is marked as "not delivered - door locked". Not even a single call came from the courier delivery person. (I heared that the concerned person never inform the customer anything this is so rediculous) also there is no record entered in my apartments log entry that the courier person came for delivery. This is really irritating and intolerable to spend 1 hour daily and giving continuous calls to 10+ mobile/ landline numbers. Mobile numbers i tried : 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] 5. [protected] 6. [protected] 7. [protected] 8. [protected] 9. [protected] 10. [protected] I got response from only 2 number one is tambram office and other is head office. 1. [protected] 2. [protected] When no one is ready to answer to customer queries why the hell you update your websites with irresponsible persons number Please let me know where is my courier at the moment. P. S : yes i was not in my home on 2nd sep (Saturday). But there should be a communication to me atleast that they had came for delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||

Consistently courier getting delivery delay and there is no proper response in bangalore, singasandra. We are the distributor company. we will receive the courier every day from chennai.
