I ordered a saree through instagram page The_Roy_online and I received a completely different and poor quality product. To raise a return request I sent multiple mails to their customer support and instagram messages but never received any response from them. I would like to return the product and get a refund from them

I have also experienced the same thing. I cannot get them to reply to any of my emails or Instagram messages. Their returns registering email doesn't even work! This company has robbed me of my money. Is there anything that can be done?

I too have experienced the same, the email ID doesn't even work, I couldn't get the saree returned or refunded, Hopeless people.

Same even I have experienced the same issue.
They are not responding.
Worst people.
They have given a worst quality saree.

Same thing happened with... I have received worst product, when I have send request for return to their mail id’s, they are not responding and the same saree which I have ordered for 1699 from their page which is actually for 750 from other site.

I also have the same issue the product was so not the same as shown in their website. It was not at all the color that I was expecting. Very bad experience of shopping with The Roy.

Even I have experienced the same issue. This is the worst website ive ever seen. I have sent countless messages on instagram and gmail. One of their mail does not exist while the other does not reply. They have delivered a worst quality saree and it even stinks.

I have ordered a Saree from Roy with Order ID 39466 but the quality turned out to be very poor and cheap. They charged 1600 for a 400 rupees worth of saree. The color and design is not as shown in the website and material is extremely bad. They are not replying to my return request emails or messages either. This is absolute fraud!!
Same with me.
Legal action should be taken. This company is a fraud.
I ordered kurthi through their fb ad...but very poor quality is delivered no response...legal action for such poeple must be taken...
