From last 2months I am not using any broad band and I informed them to disconnect my network they didn't disconnected my network and they gave me bill for broadband and they ares asking me to pay the bill for broadband

I purchased product but want o to exchange but unable to connect them ..mail id given and numbers are fake

Purchased the shirts from the modern man website and want to return the product as the fittings are not proper and would like to exchange but there is no reissue from the vendor on the same. Similar complaints I have seen in this page....

I need to exhange my shirts because they are of smaller size i need to buy a bigger size soo please help me

I ordered 2 shirts from themodernman.in which was delivered on 15 Apr 22 but after seeing them I wanted to return those shirts as per there return policy I tried to contact them via email which is [protected]@theroy.in which is unavailable and the contact number they have provided are also unreachable, I have also messaged to their Instagram handle but received no reply, there return policy states that one can return any order within 5 days .

I would like to return both saree's. Quality is below expectation, colour for both saree's way too bright than given in the picture.

Kindly, help with the returns as there is no option on the purchase page for the returns.

The items sent were of very inferior quality, unlike the pictures shown in the website. The colours are different and material is different too. The seller is not responding to any calls, even there website is not operational.

I ordered a saree from the roy online few days back and it is not according to what has been displayed in there online store
The colour was changed and the print on it was also different

Have raised multiple requests to return items I've received. There has been absolute radio silence from their end.

I wanted to return 4 shirts bought from this store is the size is wrong and the quality of the item is bad. But the store doesn't have a valid customer email ID to get in touch with. Also, they do not respond to messages on Instagram even though they are posting stories of new items. Their return system is broken and I'm cheated of my money, and the quality of material

I have placed an wrong order mistakenly of small size i want it to get cancel the awb no.[protected] i want it to cancel and i have placed another order (32805) please kindky request to cancel the first order.

I ordered butterfly printed shirt but i got totally different fabric color and pattern

Stitching and cloth quality is very poor and pink colour spread all over the button holes

I have ordered Valiba Purple And Royal Blue Woven Kanjivaram Saree - Special Wedding Edition in PURPLE color. But I received Blue color saree. Thus, raised request for replacement due to color difference. According to which return pickup has happened on 04FEB2021 by PICKRRTECHNOLOGIES with AWB[protected]. However, I haven't received replacement yet, i.e Purple color saree. Attached follow up email image for reference. Please check and help in getting my refund or replacement product.

Border is BLACK mixed zari work.
What I received is RED zari work. No comparison at all. Please find the attachment.

Due to this, the whole sari looks very dull and not elegant.

Please help to get it returned.

I want to return a product but they didn't even respond.I want to return this product of order no:-11184 worth 1499/-

I have placed an order for 3 sarees worth 4797 on The Roy Online website. Order ID 10538. They have sent 3 sarees of low quality and the colors did not match with the website description they provide. So I mailed to the mentioned email id on the website for a return. But the email id is not working. I contacted them through all possible ways but no response received. I feel they are cheating innocent customers with the wrong products.

I ordered a saree through instagram page The_Roy_online and I received a completely different and poor quality product. To raise a return request I sent multiple mails to their customer support and instagram messages but never received any response from them. I would like to return the product and get a refund from them
