I had ordered 2 sarees from theroy.in on 3rd November 2020. I received the sarees on 07 November2020. The sarees were of very low quality than the ones shown on the website(Pictures attached). The colour, weave, texture weren't as shown and promised on the website.
When we contacted the website through email and messages, there was no reply. When we found out the contact number from Instagram and asked them for return and refund, mine and my husband's numbers were blocked on WhatsApp. The calls are going unanswered and we are stuck with the poor quality sarees.
I request you to take strict action against such conmen who are out to loot people online.
