I had ordered a saree from The Roy on 5th Nov 2021. My order no. Is 42024. I haven't received any update on its shipment. I have already made the payment of Rs1599....

The Roy nari and nari bharathali are operating under same umberalla many customers report the same received a damaged product not even responding order number N11357...

Gave a damaged shirt and when I'm trying to contact them to return the shirt, they don't provide a number or contact us back if we e-mail them as they said.
This is a fraud site which just takes money and won't provide the quality item the product I received was different from what they show online.
Government must take action against this site and stop these kind of online sites....

I want return this shirt because that is not orignal shirts like as on picture,
I want return this protuct but refund option is not uvailable,...

The roy online is not responding to email of returning the product and it's refund for the order no. 22875 pls report this ASAP to the company...

The roy is a fraudulent website. I purchased a saree from them and followed the process on their website to raise a return request. I have tried to contact them multiple times on email and Facebook but they are not responding. I am now seeing that they have done this to many people. They should be punished for this fraud they do with customers all the time....

I had ordered 2 sarees from theroy.in on 3rd November 2020. I received the sarees on 07 November2020. The sarees were of very low quality than the ones shown on the website(Pictures attached). The colour, weave, texture weren't as shown and promised on the website.
