I had placed an order for a gown on 'the royal couture' on 23 august (Please see a screenshot of the email invoice attached). It's been close to a month and i still haven't received the product. I haven't even received any email update saying the product has been shipped! I emailed them on 11 september asking for an update and i haven't received any response (Please see a screenshot of the email attached). The website doesn't seem to be working now (Please see a screenshot of the error message attached). Their facebook page also seems to have been removed. It is clearly a sham entity! Please help me get a full refund of inr 1, 156. Thank you!
