The Shinning India — placed a prepaid order but did not get my product and even not getting any response from them

Hi,

I placed an order of one gown, on 1st feb at shinningindia, received an acknowledgement mail also after placing an order, but after that nothing happened, did not receive my product also.

Order was made as a part of sale from their site.

Site itself is not available, and the owner is not at all replying to emails now.

How can i get my money back for this?

I have ordered one designer lehnga choli from the site shinningindia.com nd one of the sales executive told me that i will be delivered on 27feb nd now i m trying to call the sales executive it has been continuosly going switch off .pls help me out to get my money back
