Order #18516, payment paid but not deliver

Dear Reader,
I was also a part of the thousands of people who were cheated by this company..
1. We get a receipt for the transaction.
2. After that long silence no details on delivery
3. Finally after 3 weeks I get a msg regarding delivery.
4. Then again the delivery gets delayed two more times
5. Finally product arrives.
6. Fake Product !!!
7. Ordinary black school shoe material.
8. Image of Puma brand painted
9. Heavy shoes
10. The rubber smells badly.
11. Someone should complain to officials to take necessary actions.
12. Waste of time and money...
