Money paid by product not received, even they are not responding on whatss app nos :- [protected], [protected]...

I had ordered a puma shoes and piad online but after payment they are showing transaction is canceled...

I had paid online and payment is done but they still shows that the transaction is canceled...

Ordered 2 pair of shoes to be more precise PUMA running shoes size UK 9 on 21st July 2021.
As per their ad shoe price was Rs598/- (Rs five hundred ninth only) and they assured that delivery is made through out India in 3/4 days.
In spite of sending 8/10 email requesting for the delivery at their email address “[protected]@gmail.com”
Last but not the least the payment of Rs 1598/- was made through
payu/[protected]/[protected]...

The order was placed on 04-July-2021. As of 31-Jul-2021, there is no response or any form of communication from the Seller regarding the status of the order.
I have sent 3 reminders for the delivery date on the registered email ID of the seller....

I ordered shoes from shoekart website of DH brothers..I did not recieved shoes....

My order has successfully done to dispatch or not if you not going to update me about my order
