The Shop Valley Watches — Wrong product delivered

Date 6 august 2022 I have orderd New NFC Smart Watch Man HD from website
https://theshopvalley.com/ paid 1250 INR Order ID 8138 SV and I received ordinary cheap watch dilivary person denies to take it back and ask to call shop the contact on website is not reachable Then I sent email but no response.

Please help me for right product or refund

https://theshopvalley.com/ എന്ന വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്ന് പുതിയ NFC Smart Watch Man HD ഓർഡർ ചെയ്‌തു, എനിക്ക് 1250 INR ഓർഡർ ഐഡി 8138 SV നൽകി, എനിക്ക് സാധാരണ വിലകുറഞ്ഞ വാച്ച് ലഭിച്ചു, അത് തിരികെ വാങ്ങാൻ ഡിലിവറി വ്യക്തി വിസമ്മതിക്കുകയും കോൺടാക്‌റ്റിനെ വിളിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമല്ല തുടർന്ന് ഞാൻ ഇമെയിൽ അയച്ചു, പക്ഷേ പ്രതികരണമില്ല.

They are fraud, they have done same with me. Sent wrong and totally diffyand cheap product. They should be arrested for cheating customers blatantly.

Same happened with me today. Anyone find any solution for this?

I have ordered the watch from your site, I received the parcel by today but unfortunately the watch whatever I ordered it was not there and the colour also changed. I want to return the parcel kindly help me to return the parcel as early as possible.
