Date 8July 2022 I have orderd New NFC Smart Watch Man HD from website
https://theshopvalley.com/ paid 1250 INR Order ID 6442SV and I received ordinary cheap watch dilivary person denies to take it back and ask to call shop the contact on website is not reachable Then I sent email but no response.

Please help me for right product or refund...

I have ordered the watch from the shop valley site, I received the parcel on 24Feb 2023 but unfortunately the watch whatever I ordered it was not there and the colour also changed. I want to return the parcel kindly help me to return the parcel as early as possible. I mailed on the same day but still no response. kindly help me.
