[Resolved]  The Statesman Ltd — tdr filed for abnormaly delayed train,not refunded

The train was abnormally late and ticket was RAC.The passenger did not tarvel, We filed TDR and mailed several times to customer care centre, but the amount was not returned.TDR No. Filed on 1.10.2014. Registration no-DNF071014W05025, Transaction ID-[protected].Train -12524, PNR-[protected]. I find whenever, we filed TDR against the train of NF Railway, we do not get any refund. IRCTC passes the blame to NF Railway saying that they did not get any response from Dy CM, NF Railway. Is it not the responsibility of NF Railway. Earlier, also we sent several mails, documents substantiating the reason that passenger did not travel, but the amount was not refunded.
